How to register
Registration runs through your WRO National Organizer via the official WRO registration system — teams must qualify at their national event first. Published fees are USD 375 per participant or coach, USD 100 for judges and volunteers, USD 450 for national organizers, and USD 500 for accompanying family and industry guests, before any local taxes. Fees are non-refundable once finalised, and nobody can be added to a delegation after the deadline.

The World Robot Olympiad International Final comes to San Juan, Puerto Rico, 8–10 December 2026. National champion teams from around 100 countries compete under the season theme “Robots Meet Culture” — exploring how robots can help shape, protect and grow art and culture. San Juan pairs a modern convention-centre district with historic Old San Juan. RNR arranges the long-haul travel, visas and on-ground support that getting a school team from Asia to the Caribbean actually takes.
